Protections and Preventions on the server

With this latest round of server mod installs, I've also installed some protections and preventions that should make our life easier.  If you don't like some of these or if you find they aren't working, let me know!  Below is a summary of what protections and preventions now installed and running on the server:

• TnT explosions, Fireballs from Ghasts and Creeper explosions no longer destroy blocks or inventory items around them!  Woohoooo!  TnT, Ghasts and Creepers DO hurt players and other mobs when they explode!
• Enderdragons can no longer damage blocks.  They can damage players and mobs.
• If Enderman really become an issue, I can block them from taking blocks.  Let me know if you'd like that!
• For now, placing Lava with a Lava Bucket is prevented.  One of the only reasons we were doing this anyway was to make trash cans.  Doing this has caused fires to spread on accident as we've seen MANY times.  The result usually is a very as site to see - a little funny to.  Any other time usually placing Lava was very destructive and very hard to stop and clean up.  If you really want some Lava, let me know.
• Fire caused by any means no longer will spread!  This means fire from Lightning, from Lava spreading and from using Flint and Stone will no longer spread!  This should prevent ANY accidental fires from destroying whole forests and homes any more!  However, Flint and Stone can still be used to start a fire on a single block.  So, if you want to be malicious (which I know you won't be), you can go around and burn something down by using your Flint and Stone.
• Also, if you'd like, I can make it so Villagers don't take damage of any kind.  For now they can.  What do you think?
• With regards to any of these protections and preventions, players and mobs can STILL be damaged!
